Our monthly retainer service gives you peace of mind that you have ongoing support with any employment queries. We have you covered for anything employee related that may crop up, providing guidance and documentation to support the situation. We will carry out regular reviews with you to identify any changes in the business and help you ensure you have the right people, in the right place, at the right time (and with the right training/skills).

Price Based on Business Size

Starting from £99 per month

All businesses, regardless of whether they have 1 employee or 1000 are required to provide a minimum level of documentation to their employees - mainly a Contract of Employment and basic Employment Handbook. We can provide bespoke documentation to fit business needs as well as additional policies to enhance what you do. 

If you already have documentation in place, we can provide a comprehensive review of these for you.

Prices from £399  (for new documentation)

We can undertake one off projects, these may be out of the ordinary events such as a Redundancy or TUPE situation, or maybe you would like to undertake an Engagement Survey with your team, implement a new HR System etc. These are all things we can support with on a Project basis.

Price varies dependent on expected duration. 

In order to provide full flexibility, we can provide a pay as you go option. No monthly fixed fee, instead pay for the time you use to support whatever employee query you have and any subsequent work required. Can also be used for support at HR Meetings or any other onsite support.

Hourly Rate available on request.

You might be in a position where you need an HR focus on your top team but are not in a position to employ an HR Director. We can fill that void without you having to pay the hefty full time salary of an employed Director but while getting the benefit and value of Director level knowledge. This can help shape strategy and support future business growth.
